  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on the supplier, destination country, and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, though rare delays, including those caused by customs, may occur. 

  • Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. Each shipment is fully tracked for your convenience. 

  • Business Days: A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and any public holidays that occur on weekdays.
